How ElFuego Works

Entry

€11 to enter — €10 goes to the prize pots, €1 is the platform fee. The whole competition locks 1 hour before the opening match of the World Cup. No entries, no squad changes, no new predictions accepted after lock.

Phase A — Squad (50-point budget)

Pick between 4 and 7 countries. The combined price of your squad must not exceed 50 points.

Per-country points across the tournament:

• Group draw: +1
• Group win: +3
• Top scorer in their group: +3
• Worst defence in their group (most goals conceded): +3
• Qualifies from group: +3
• Reaches Round of 16: +6
• Reaches Quarter-finals: +9
• Reaches Semi-finals: +12
• Reaches Final: +15
• 4th place: +3
• 3rd place: +5
• Runner-up: +15 extra
• Champion: +30 extra

Phase B — Match predictions

Predict the score of every match.

• Correct outcome (home/draw/away): +1
• Correct goal count for either team: +1
• Exact score: +5
• Cap of 5 points per match.

Prizes

Two pots, scored independently. You can win in both.

• Phase B pot (10%) — top 3 of Phase B alone, split 50% / 30% / 20%.
• Combined pot (90%) — top 5 of A+B combined, split 45% / 25% / 15% / 10% / 5%.
• Ties split the pooled prize equally between tied players.
